Every year, I get to lead one of my favorite initiatives, the Most Creative Customer Success Leaders Awards.
And every year, it reminds me of something powerful: creativity isn't luck, it's leadership.

When I look back at past award winners, one thing stands out. These leaders didn't wait for perfect resources or tools. They found new ways to connect ideas, solve problems, and build programs that made a measurable impact. Over the years, we've recognized standout leaders from companies like Zendesk, UiPath, Spryker, and monday.com, people who saw challenges not as roadblocks, but as opportunities to build something new. Many of them still reach out to tell me how sharing their story helped them stand out, whether it opened doors for their next role, brought recognition from their peers, or simply reminded them that what they built matters. That's what this award is truly about: celebrating creativity as the engine of growth and progress.

Creativity is how great leaders turn limitations into leverage.

And now, with AI in full swing, creativity is what brings it all together.
AI gives us new reach, scale, and insight, but creativity gives it purpose. It's how we decide what to build, what to automate, and what to change.

Submitting Is Simple — and Worth It

It takes about six minutes on average to nominate yourself or a colleague:

  3. Share the measurable results.
