If your program, playbook, or experiment has delivered strong results, we want to hear about it. Your story could inspire others and earn you a spot among the Most Creative Customer Success Leaders of 2026.
Judges’ panel
Our panel of judges will review all submissions and select the final creative leaders. They’ll evaluate each story for creativity, impact, and its ability to inspire the CS community.

New category: AI in action
The AI in Action category recognizes leaders who are experimenting with live AI use cases and innovative tools that redefine post-sale experiences. This category highlights real-world experiments, creative applications, and measurable impact, showcasing how AI and creativity come together to drive success in 2026 and beyond.
Submission Guidelines

2025 stories only: The creative play must have been implemented in 2025.
- 2.
Show your metrics: Include measurable outcomes that demonstrate the success of your initiative.
- 3.
Add a visual representation: Weather its a screen shot, asset, etc. We need a visual proof of the story.
How the 2026 Creative CS Leaders Are Chosen
This year, the winners will be selected by our panel of leading SaaS and Customer Success experts, who will evaluate each submission based on creativity, impact, and its potential to inspire the broader CS community. While the judges will determine the official honorees, the community will also have its say, three stories will receive a special “Crowd Choice” badge of honor, recognizing the entries that resonated most with the audience.
