With the new Survey widget, your customers can quickly rate their experience and answer an automated follow-up question straight from their hub. So simple and straightforward to use, you can find a use for this widget on every hub.
🌐 One link for all your hubs!
Activating unique share links is easy but hard to bring to scale. This month we launched a whole new way to share your hubs, by sending your customers to the same login page. This can be your own login page (SSO login) or one built by EverAfter. Why not add a link on your company homepage?
This is super convenient for you and your team, and this page can of course be branded to streamline your customer experience.
💬 New and improved comments
Did you know you can communicate with customers by writing comments on widgets and individual tasks? This system works wonders to share information and answer questions relating to specific items. What’s the big deal? Reply to, resolve, edit and delete comments with the newest update.
