If many users follow the same steps as they set up their profile, or experience a training course to master your product - a user-based task plan could be the way to go. Create a unique experience for each user, even if they're all going through the same steps.
🚪 Welcome users with a first-experience video
In addition to a message and image, you have the ability to share a video to be displayed upon each user’s first hub visit to their hub. Welcome customers by explaining the content of your hub, or the structure of your journey.
🧑 Personalize hubs by user persona
Visibility rules allow you to automatically display or hide widgets for each account. Now, visibility rules can also be configured based on user persona (eg. champion, admin).
Callouts enable you to provide a personal welcome and guidance to each user entering their hub. With the new ability to reply to Callouts, your customers will have a smoother experience collaborating with you.
