EverAfter can now make changes within other platforms based on customer actions on their hubs. Do this after a survey response, updating meeting notes, and completing a task. For example: Update your CS Platform with every new survey response, add meeting notes to Salesforce when sharing them with customers, open a monday.com or Asana task for your team upon task completion, and more!

If you manage many customers or find yourself moving between many pages in your workspace, don't you wish you could navigate directly to the account page of a specific customer? Well… now you can! Enter Ctrl+k/⌘+k to open a search dialogue, begin typing the customer name, and select the relevant result.
