The Challenge

  1. Chelsea Duran, who built and leads TSIA’s partner success motion, was tasked with doing the impossible: orchestrate dozens of concurrent partner projects, each with different deliverables and roles, without adding more headcount or drowning in spreadsheets and email. 📧
  2. Before EverAfter, every part of the partner journey ran through Chelsea’s inbox:

  • Only relevant modules appear based on entitlements, reducing noise and cognitive load.
  • No manual setup per partner, the experience is generated automatically within 3 minutes of contract close.

For conferences, where deadlines are rigid, this dynamic build turns long, stressful checklists into structured, digestible sections that match each sponsor’s exact package and timeline.

AI Agent: Weekly Personalized Progress Nudges

Before EverAfter:
