The Challenge

  1. Chelsea Duran, who built and leads TSIA’s partner success motion, was tasked with doing the impossible: orchestrate dozens of concurrent partner projects, each with different deliverables and roles, without adding more headcount or drowning in spreadsheets and email. 📧
  2. Before EverAfter, every part of the partner journey ran through Chelsea’s inbox:
    • Onboarding
    • Conference deliverables
    • Graphics and floor plans

The Solution

A Centralized, AI-Powered Partner Hub

EverAfter ingests structured contract data directly from Salesforce, specifically the Account, Opportunity, and Product Line Item objects, and auto‑composes a personalized partner workspace.

This isn’t a simple “conference vs. webinar” toggle. The portal interprets the full sponsorship configuration, including booth size, turnkey vs. raw space, speaking slot(s), sponsorship tier, and dozens of potential add‑ons, then assembles the exact pages, tasks, and deadlines that apply to that partner. In practice, each partner receives one journey permutation out of ~500 possible variations.

  • Conference entitlements dynamically surface a conference workspace with the right deliverables, timelines, and asset uploads, pre‑filtered to that package.
  • Only relevant modules appear based on entitlements, reducing noise and cognitive load.

No manual setup per partner, the experience is generated automatically within 3 minutes of contract close.

For conferences, where deadlines are rigid, this dynamic build turns long, stressful checklists into structured, digestible sections that match each sponsor’s exact package and timeline.

AI Agent: Weekly Personalized Progress Nudges

Before EverAfter:

  • Chelsea manually checked every partner’s progress
  • Wrote segmented emails
  • Repeated the process weekly

Now EverAfter’s AI Agent evaluates each partner’s deadlines and open activities against that partner’s unique journey permutation (one of ~500,  pulling from Salesforce (Account, Opportunity, Product Line Items) and live portal activity, and then sends a weekly, actionable “Next Best Action” email that:

  • Summarizes what’s done since the last update
  • Lists what’s due this week (with dates), tailored to their configuration (e.g., booth size, turnkey/raw, speaking slot, add‑ons)
