🚀 About the Role
We’re on the hunt for an innovative, AI-savvy Full-Stack Developer to join EverAfter. In this role, you will work on a highly complex system that requires dynamic UI generation with numerous integrations. You’ll build and maintain core features, including a module for customizable workflows and an actions builder, all configurable through a no-code platform.
The system is designed to handle thousands of requests simultaneously, and you will play a key role in ensuring its performance and scalability. You’ll also use AI tools daily to accelerate development, improve code quality, and explore new ways to innovate.
Working closely with our product team, you’ll help craft a smooth, powerful user experience that drives customer success. Your work will directly impact EverAfter’s platform evolution and influence how companies around the world interact with their customers.

- Take full ownership of features, systems, and processes from design to production.
- Collaborate in a strong, curious team that values learning and experimentation.

- Continuously explore new technologies and AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
- Partner with the product team to design and develop cross-system services for an exceptional user experience.

🧠 What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Flux or Redux.
- Expertise in Node.js (experience with NestJS is an advantage) and databases.
- Experience or curiosity in using AI-powered development tools to boost productivity.
- Problem solver with a creative approach to tackling performance issues and complex logic.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, including in production environments.
- Self-learner with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Experience with automation testing, CI/CD, AWS, and DevOps is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL is an advantage.
Additional Information:
• Hybrid work model: 3 days a week in our Tel Aviv office and 2 days working remotely from your home office.
