What You’ll Be Doing
As a Solution Engineer, you will:
- Support both pre-sale and post-sale activities.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing challenges promptly and efficiently.
- Facilitate the preparation of product demos, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for prospects.
- Support ongoing product releases by creating relevant content and conducting enablement activities to ensure successful adoption and optimal use of our products.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, its capabilities, and its ROI.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical background, experience with APIs, integrations, and software customization.
- At least 1-2 years in customer-facing roles
- Relevant hands-on technical experience
- Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats, managing a variety of tasks related to customer and prospect needs.
- Independent and fast learner, capable of quickly adapting to evolving product features.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Passionate about user experience. Experience in design - an advantage.
- CRM implementation (HubSpot, Salesforce) experience - an advantage.
- The role involves availability during US hours for 3 days a week.
Hybrid work mode - 3 days from our office in Tel Aviv (7 min walk from Hashalom train station) and 2 days from your home office :)
