What You’ll Be Doing

As a Solution Engineer, you will:

  • Support the sales team in generating new revenue streams by managing the technical facets of the sales cycle.
  • Own the technical implementation post-sale, overseeing it until key usage metrics are successfully met.
  • Support customers’ transition from pre-sale to post-sale onboarding and implementation to ensure customers achieve their objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, its capabilities, and its challenges.
  • Communicate customer and product feedback to the product team and the company management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience in solution engineering or similar roles in B2B SaaS, to the US Market (relevant positions include implementation engineer, pre-sales engineer, or professional services roles).
  • Located in the US, available in East Coast working hours
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product solutions and detailed implementation plans
  • Experience in presenting and implementing complex software solutions
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and software customization.
  • CRM implementation (HubSpot, Salesforce) experience - an advantage
  • Experience working with post-sales persona (Customer success, Revenue Operations)- an advantage.
  • Passionate about user experience. Experience in design - an advantage
  • Fully remote
