What You’ll Be Doing

As a Solution Engineer, you will:

  • Support the sales team in generating new revenue streams by managing the technical facets of the sales cycle.
  • Own the technical implementation post-sale, overseeing it until key usage metrics are successfully met.
  • Support customers’ transition from pre-sale to post-sale onboarding and implementation to ensure customers achieve their objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, its capabilities, and its challenges.
  • Communicate customer and product feedback to the product team and the company management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience in solution engineering or similar roles in B2B SaaS, to the European and US Market. (relevant positions include implementation engineer, pre-sales engineer, or professional services roles).
  • Native English speaker
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product solutions and detailed implementation plans
  • Experience in presenting and implementing complex software solutions.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and software customization.
  • CRM implementation (HubSpot, Salesforce) experience - an advantage.
  • Experience working with post-sales persona (Customer success, Business Operation)- an advantage.
  • Passionate about user experience. Experience in design - an advantage.
  • The role involves taking calls during US hours.

Hybrid work mode - 3 days from our office in Tel Aviv (7 min walk from Hashalom train station) and 2 days from your home office :)
