We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team and help us grow. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building EverAfter's RevOps practice. We’re looking for someone who loves processes, data, people, and technology and is eager to learn and develop a career in operations in our growing company.

As a Salesforce Admin, you will play a vital role within the go-to-market teams at EverAfter. You will support all business and sales-related functions through CRM management (Salesforce), reporting, integrations with other tools, and more. This role is essential to scale our team in the most efficient and effective way possible through stellar communication, domain expertise in software, and the passion to continue to build our business!

You will:

  • Execute on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce
  • Configuration of Salesforce customization abilities – custom objects and fields, flows, duplication rules, etc
  • Own functional tasks and deliverables, including Requirements gathering, Process definition, Plan and Design, Testing, Training, and continuous improvement of business applications.
  • Design and implementation of business processes/tasks based on Salesforce architecture
  • Interface with various departments in the organization including Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, Product, BI, and Support
  • Work closely with the marketing team and manage HubSpot workflows, reports and automation
  • Manage integrations with our Salesforce instance; including EverAfter, Outreach, HubSpot, and other tools

You have:

  • Understanding of systems architecture – objects, relationships, data normalization
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to handle multi-tasking competing priorities
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Are self-driven but able to take direction and drive results with direct and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments
  • Are adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with changing and evolving responsibilities
  • Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Extra points for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or with a consulting company
  • Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator)
  • B.Sc. degree specializing in Information systems or equivalent
