Growth Marketing Lead

We are a B2B SaaS startup (VC Backed) based in Tel Aviv.

We were recently featured on TechCrunch & VentureBeat, and our customers include leading brands such as AppsFlyer, Gong, Taboola, and Verbit.

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead who is obsessed with data and experiences joy when conversion rates go up.

Your ideal skills should include extensive experience in performance marketing, analytics, conversion optimization, and SEO.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage EverAfter’s core lead gen assets - landing pages, email marketing, gated content, website, paid ads, organic ads, CTAs, interactive tools, demand generation tools, and chatbot, and optimize UX/UI and funnels for performance
  • Own everafter.ai - inbound traffic, web assets, oversee site performance, SEO, CRO, analytics infrastructure, optimization, A/B testing
  • Create and maintain dashboards to provide analysis, insights, and visibility on performance and user behaviors.
  • Constantly analyze our inbound funnel to identify funnel pitfalls.
  • Develop innovative solutions and tools to address product-led growth and marketing-sales funnels.
  • Lead and execute strategic marketing projects end-to-end, such as - value-based product pages, pricing page, home page; from ideation to implementation, tracking and optimization


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, owning conversion rate optimization, SEO, web funnels - must
  • Proven experience with managing successful conversion rate optimization processes through data-driven methodologies, including A/B testing using tools like Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
  • In-depth understanding of segmentation and targeting. Solid experience in building audiences (contextual/behavioral/industry)
  • Experienced in analyzing raw data with Excel - Pivot Tables, Vlookups, charts
  • Highly detail-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit and an aggressive can-do attitude - must
  • Experience in SaaS / B2B
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as very high levels of spoken and written English
  • Experience with Webflow - a big plus
