Director of Sales

We're looking for a Director of Sales for mid-market accounts. This is a unique opportunity to join early in our story and influence how the plot will evolve. We are looking for the right person to build this role and later on the department and to make sure our customers are getting the best out of EverAfter product for their own success.

You will

  • Own the full sales cycle from building relationships to negotiation and contracting
  • Navigate key decision makers to build EverAfter awareness within organizations
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of EverAfter solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the EverAfter solution


Ideally, you have

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company; experience doing so for products in the customer success, collaboration or experience design space preferred
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to North America and/or Europe
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Track record of success and overachievement
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
  • Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work in US hours part of the week
  • Experience in managing people - a big plus
  • BA or BS degree
