- Work with our customers and prospects to make their story with EverAfter a success
- Establish a straightforward onboarding journey for our customers
- Ensure customer retention goals and drive customer adoption for EverAfter products
- Develop and maintain EverAfter knowledge base and provide customer training and guidance Promote an energetic fan base for the product and locate brand ambassadors to share the product's benefit and value
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer Service, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success positions in SaaS companies
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Proven track record of high communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
- Data-driven mindset and analytic skills
- Self-motivated, proactive team player, self-learning ability
- Out of the box thinker and creative
- Strong verbal and writing English skills
